PERSON PROFILE:
ERM is looking for a candidate to lead our North Asia/Japan Safety Practice. The individual will have safety consultancy skills within technical risk, process safety management or operational safety and will have a track record in one or more of the oil & gas, mining, infrastructure (construction), manufacturing, power/renewables, chemical/pharma and/or technology sectors. Expertise will need to be demonstrated in one or more of our safety services including technical risk (safety case, HAZOP, QRA or PSM), assessing EHS performance, reviewing safety management system and implementation of compliance programmes. Skills in developing and delivering safety leadership & culture programmes, safety training programs, and facilitating alignment around corporate EHS strategies in the context of the Japan health & safety regulatory framework are also beneficial but not essential. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate excellent business development and client relationship skills, and who has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies. The candidate will be passionate about sustainability and safety and have experience in developing world class safety management programs.
