Your Opportunity

We seek an innovative and motivated individual who is eager to work as part of a Team at our Harquahala Facility!
Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Control Room Operator, you will work as the lead of a three-person team on a 12-hour rotating shift, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 1092MW Combined Cycle Power Plant from the Control Room utilizing various control systems, as well as directing the operation of all plant equipment to the Power Block Operator and the Water Treatment Operator. The Operator must be able to work with others and assist in Overtime for other shifts as required.

The pay range for this position is $51 to $56 per hour. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidateβs qualifications and prior relevant experience.
This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
As this is a safety sensitive position, clearance of a pre-employment drug test is required, subject to applicable law.
