And at the European Shared Services Center based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions. We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.
We are looking for an Intern (6 months) to start in June 2025 for our Credit Card Administrator and Travel & Entertainment and Pcard Expenses department based in Cornellá (Barcelona).
The student will support the European T&E and P-card teams. These multicultural teams are part of the Supplier Services department.
T&E cards are used for all travel related expenses.
P-Cards are used for low value purchases.
The team is giving support to Europe and Uzbekistan.
The team provides support in the reconciliation of these expenses, ensuring the compliancy with Corporate Standards. The team also provides Credit Card Administration support for both cards.
The reconciliation of the expenses is done in SAP.
As a T&PE Card Intern, you will support the team with activities that include:
Audit of T&E and P-Card expenses using a IA tool - Concur Detect by Oversight.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Reporting and analyzing data.
Extra occasional tasks (uploads, clearing accounts, etc.).
Support to Credit Card Administration tasks.
Support Project deployments.
The candidate would help analyzing data which would lead to implement best practices vertically (including the managers) and horizontally (in different countries).
Student benefits
With the activities planned the student will perform audit with Concur Detect by Oversight, an AI and machine learning that automatically analyze expense reports and address & control out-of-policy spending and create a culture of compliance.
Besides that, the intern will develop skills like excel, communication (written and spoken at European level), customer support, team work, ERP SAP application, admin tasks, continuous improvement on efficiency.
As additional, candidate could identify and suggest process improvements and implement them while learning and growing in a multicultural team and environment.
You will have:
English fluent, Spanish recommended.
MS Excel and Word.
What we offer and what you get in return:
Compensation: 800€/month (gross)
Dates: june-december 2025 (6 months)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (from 8h/9h until 17h/18h)
