In your position as Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external and will focus on our French-speaking customers. As a true professional you look at every interaction as an opportunity to understand their needs exceed expectations. This can involve entering, checking and verifying orders but also providing information about our products and services.
You will be a part of the Customer Service Department for the Benelux and report to the Team Leader Benelux & Emering Markets.
First point of contact for our Frech-speaking customers for all enquiries
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Enter, check, and verify orders while working together with planning, shipping, quality, and finance teams
Processing of data towards the performance and order management metrics and KPI’s
Assist account managers during the specification process to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively act in complaint handling and ensure that these are processed correctly, and according to Interface standards
Participate and manage projects with a focus on continuous improvement of processes to meet the customer needs

A salary appropriate to your level of expertise and position (following our grading system)
38 paid time off, which includes 25 days statutory leave and 13 additional days (based on fulltime employment)
Additional days off from the age of 46 (up to 6 days)
8% statutory vacation pay
Annual eligible bonus of 10%
Good pension plan, where Interface pays 2/3rd of your monthly contribution
Commuting compensation of € 0.23 cents per kilometer, or a reimbursement in full for your public transportation costs

Communication is key within this role. You will need excellent communication skills in French and a keen eye for the needs of the (internal or external) customer. Because of your experience within a customer-oriented environment, you know how to manage complex enquiries. The ability to prioritize numerous issues, clear communication, as well as a service-oriented attitude is required within this position.
Demonstrated experience working in Customer service and effectively handling enquiries by mail and phone
A completed mid-level education (mbo/AD or similar)
Flexibility to work more hours when needed
Fluency in French, Dutch and English both verbally and in writing
Detail-oriented, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills
