DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking of import invoices.
Completing import clearing instructions -Only where Applicable.
Maintaining filing system for import shipments.
Uploading of documents to banking portals.
Preparing documents for bank collections to be presented to bank.
Credit advice or the receipt of funds coming from the Final importer.
Visit Importers for document collection and co-ordinate with bank for exchange authorization forms.
Support customs clearing.
Invoices -Printing -Finance Standards β(LOCAL Requirement).
LOCAL -administration for licenses -support.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, OR Finance related field.
Relevant certifications in import/export or customs compliance will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in import/exports environments.
Knowledge of in country trade laws β (Financial controls for trade).
French Speaking.
