We are hiring an Executive New Business Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities within key accounts, developing and implementing key account management strategies, and maintaining existing client relationships within Evoqua's Light Industry Sales (LIT) team, which provides a complete line of pretreatment, generation, storage, and distribution solutions for high purity and wastewater applications in aerospace, beverage, government, health sciences, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, universities, labs, and general industry.

They analyze market trends, evaluate potential areas for growth, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. The NBM also conducts product demonstrations, prepares account forecasts, and provides technical support to clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of key account management processes and the water industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
•Be the primary point of contact for new business opportunities, both capital equipment and service.
•Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships.
•Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative Excellence:
•Process and record data accurately.
•Complete enrollment by analyzing and auditing documents.
•Prepare reports based on data analysis.
Problem-solving and Quality Service:
•Conduct research to identify and resolve client issues.
•Deliver high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
•Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail:
•Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients.
•Handle paperwork, negotiate contracts, and manage administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 5 years experience or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry, preferably in the water industry.
• Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, such as NetSuite and Odoo.
• Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Innovation: Propose creative solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial.
• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation.
• Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.

Salary range:

$107,100.00 - $192,800.00
