The Fleet/Assets Specialist will be responsible for supporting vehicle, equipment and asset tracking.Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and maintain vehicle tracking spreadsheet
At the direction of the Director of Fleet:
Coordinate vehicle purchases
Coordinate vehicle terminations
Review and approve or decline fleet maintenance requests
Coordinate vehicle registration locations with a constantly moving field
Receive, track, distribute vehicle information:
Registration Renewals
Vehicle specific Driver Kits
Insurance Cards
Registrations/Registration Renewals
Vehicle License Plates
Recall Notices
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Proficient knowledge and use of word-processing and spreadsheet software (2000 XP, Excel, Outlook, E-Mail, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of general office procedures and office machines
Excellent organizational and administrative ability
Excellent English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
Professional demeanor and presentation
Excellent written communication skills, including business writing
Good decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
