Job Objectives 职责范围
Responsible for the collection, delivery, storage, daily warehouse management and maintenance of
raw materials and finished products.
负责原辅材料及成品的收、发、存 及日常仓库管理与维护。
Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
l The raw materials are counted and packed according to the supplier's list, and then arranged to
be stored, put on the shelves after QC inspection. and the materidispatched according to the
signed work order (or inventory adjustment order).
原辅材料根据供应商供货清单清点包装,等QC检验合格后,安排入库、上架。
l To be dispatched the raw materials according to the signed order or inventory adjustment
document.
原辅材料根据签字的工单或库存调整单备料、发料。
l Divided finished products separately into first, second and third class according to the order,
compared the quantity with the label, instored and then shipped the finished products accurately
with CS shipping information. Then packed according to different destinations, arranged for
shipment according to the logistics requirements, recheck the inventory.
成品按工单分一、二、三等品,分别入库,抽检零箱数量与外包装标识是否相符,确认无误后按要求
统一存放,成品出货,凭CS的出货资料准确备货,拼托盘、按不同目的地打包,根据物流要求安排
装运,对剩余库存进行数量清点、及上架工作。
l Check the inventory by dynamic and monthly, do daily product protection management, effective
use of storage space, classify the goods, put neatly, always keep the channel smooth.
对库存进行动态及月末盘点,做好产品日常防护管理,有效利用存储空间,将货物分门别类,摆放整
齐,堆垛物料做到过目见数,时刻保持通道顺畅。
l Keep the warehouse clean, and there is no obvious debris on the product surface.
保持仓库干净整洁,产品表面无明显杂物。
l Do fire prevention, burglar prevention and moisture-proof work.
做好防火,防盗,防潮工作。
l Strictly abide by the safety operation specifications of special vehicles. complete the loading and
unloading safely, timely and accurately.
严格遵守特种车辆安全操作规范操作,安全、及时、准确地完成货物的装、卸工作。
l Obey the leader's on-site management and do the daily check work of warehouse equipment.
服从班长现场管理,做好仓库设备的日常点检工作。
