Objetivo del puesto:
Asegurar un ambiente laboral sano mediante una buena relación laboral/sindical, la aplicación y administración de manera efectiva de las prestaciones y beneficios del personal administrativo, el contrato colectivo de trabajo, reglamento interior de trabajo y demás reglamentos relacionados con el personal, los convenios acordados con el sindicato, asegurando que haya concordancia con los valores, políticas y procedimientos de la organización. Asesorar, alinear, supervisar y ejecutar acciones que ayuden a mantener un ambiente laboral de calidad.
Requisitos:
Carrera terminada en Administración, Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
Conocimientos específicos: Ley Federal de Trabajo, Nómina, Prestaciones, Reclutamiento, Capacitación, IMSS, Infonavit, Sindicato, Contratación Colectiva e Individual.
Manejo de indicadores
Trabajar en empresas manufactureras especialmente metal mecánicas, automotrices o similar.
Experiencia Laboral: Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Personal,
Planeación Laboral, Administración de Nomina y Prestaciones,
Reclutamiento y Selección, Capacitación.
Inglés avanzado indispensable
Habilidades: Trabajo en equipo, actitud de servicio, agente de cambio, liderazgo positivo, confianza, conciliación.
