Due to a maternity leave, we are looking for a HR generalist to join our team for 6 months. Based in our Barcelona office with a hybrid model of 2 days per week in the office, you will work alongside our Iberia HRBP and our UK based HR director.
  • To provide full HR administrative support for Iberia to first line people queries via the EMEA HR Mailbox.
  • Process and collect all new starter documentation (offer letters, T&Cs, references, right to work checks)
  • Process all leaver documentation (letters, Workday, payroll, coordinate exit interview)
  • Create all relevant paperwork related to employee changes (e.g. change to hours, salary, location, etc)
  • Process all people related Workday updates/changes
  • Notifying payroll of any pay related changes
  • Manage the HR inbox: timely response or escalation of queries where required
  • Providing employees with information regarding their employment e.g. annual leave, mortgage references etc
  • Processing long service awards
  • Dealing with ad hoc internal and external employee queries
As an ideal candidate for this role you will have:
  • Previous experience working in a HR admin or similar level role
  • You will be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Very organised with high attention to detail
