As HR Project Manager in the HR Transformation Office, you will lead complex HR projects, including new global program implementations, process redesigns, and change management initiatives. You will collaborate with HR COE's, Business Partners, People Operations, Field HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure project success, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end HR projects, including HR Transformation initiatives, process improvements, and new global HR programs which in some cases include HR Technology aspects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

HR Technology & Process Optimization

  • Partner with HR and IT teams to optimize HR technology usage and improve user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies within HR function.
  • Define requirements, lead system configuration discussions, and oversee testing and deployment.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Engage and align with HR leadership, COE's, Field HR and Business Partners, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project success.
  • Develop communication plans, training programs, and adoption strategies to support change initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR business users to translate business needs into system functionality.

Governance & Reporting

  • Track and report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in HRIT implementations, HR process optimization, and consulting.
  • Strong project management expertise, including PMP or Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR system implementations.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, including payroll, talent management, recruiting, and shared services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or global enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIT platforms is a plus.

Salary range:

$72,300.00 - $130,100.00
