What you will do:

• Assist HVAC technicians in installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Help with the maintenance and repair of existing HVAC systems.
• Carry and move equipment and tools to and from job sites.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide support to HVAC technicians as needed during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Assist with paperwork and documentation related to HVAC projects.

What you need

• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
