HVAC Install Technician

What YOU will do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What YOU will bring:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors

Pay Transparency:

The annual salary opportunity for this role ranges from $50k-$100k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

· EPA Certification

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid driver's license

· Ability to pass a drug test and background check

(Nate Certification is a plus, but not required)

Salary: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour
