HVAC Lead Installer - Mountlake Terrace, WA

We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC installer to join our Blue Flame team. We are a full-service Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor located in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

Requirements:

• 2 Years Lead Install in Residential retrofit
• Desire to advance as a Lead HVAC installer
• Attention to details
• Proficient in installing heat pumps, dual fuel systems, gas furnaces and ductless heat pumps
• Experienced working Pittsburgh and Break Machines, fabricating ducting onsite
• Able to wire low voltage in furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners
• Able to pressure test, vacuum down, add refrigeration charge and fire off heat pumps and air conditioners with a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Project a positive and optimistic attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work weekends
• Must be 18 years of age
