Job Summary:

• Maintains all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment so the systems operate in a safe clean and efficient manner.
• Operates and performs routine maintenance on the chillers and HVAC equipment in a timely, cost effective, and efficient manner.
• Performs all the above in an atmosphere conducive to good patient/guest relations, good employee relations, and support a harmonious, team-oriented approach to accomplishing assigned tasks.

• None

• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Section 608 Technician Certification, Type Universal.
