Job Description

In this role you will work from Engineering drawings and mainly use REVIT (and some AUTOCAD MEP) to do HVAC sheetmetal CAD details and fabrication/construction drawings for a variety of buildings including hospitals, hotels, large ski resort projects and commercial projects.  You will also use NAVISWORKS to help with BIM Coordination. 

This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE position in Colorado Springs, CO or Denver office with potential for DIRECT HIRE and REMOTE for strong candidates.  For remote work candidates MUST have access to high-speed internet for downloading and sending large CAD/REVIT files. 

Hourly rate range is $30-40/hr. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be proficient using REVIT and AUTOCAD MEP and NAVISWORKS for HVAC/sheetmetal drawings for commercial building projects
• Must have experience in the construction side of projects creating fabrication and construction details and drawings
• Experience with large commercial projects including hospitals, hotels/ski resort facilities, multi-story mixed use commercial buildings
• Strong communication skills
