Intern

ERM Iberia is looking for an intern to join our Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change team in Madrid or Barcelona.

The candidate will work on consulting opportunities with national and international clients. This includes a wide variety of projects, such as GHG emissions inventories, decarbonization strategies, climate risk assessments (TCFD), double materiality assessments aligned with the CSRD, sustainability reports, ESG strategies, or biodiversity assessments (TNFD).

As this is an internship, you must be currently enrolled in either a Masters or Bachelors degree in a university which is able to sign a "convenio de prácticas universitarias". Upon completion of the internship, there is the potential of an offer of permanent employment.

Ideal candidate:

• Bachelors in subjects, such as (but not limited to) environmental engineering, biology, sustainability, or related discipline; Masters in sustainability is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and eagerness to learn.
• Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.
