What will your job look like?

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC team to help deliver great service to customers. The Lead HVAC Installer will act as a mentor towards other HVAC install technicians as well as HVAC apprentices, while leading an install team.

• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained.

Requirements:

At least three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately

C&C Myers may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
