RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiar with line production documents. Update and release SOP, Parameter Matrix, Tooling matrix, FAI Check list to lines.
• Support line expansion. Run samples and collect production data to finish MER report for line expansion.
• Yield improvement. Build yield improvement plan with process engineer and track the yield status.
• Line abnormal events solving. Have quick response to line abnormal, find containment action to avoid yield loss and recover line production first. Find solution to prevent similar issues happening again.
• Tooling design and optimization. Use SolidWorks to design MFG tooling and do optimization for line current tooling.
• Training operators and report project status to engineer. Have good ability to transfer process requirements to operator. Have good written and oral ability to report issues or projects to related engineers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma and above, majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent areas, excellent fresh graduates can also be considered
• At least 2 years of process experience.
• Knows SOP, PFMEA writing.
• Can use SolidWorks to draft simple drawings.
• Good office skills and fundamental presentation ability.
• Strong teamwork spirit.
• Have good working behavior, summarize and update daily work status.
• Have positive working attitude. Complete engineers’ tasks in time and without any excuse.
• Basic English writing skills.
