Mining Project Manager (Senior Level)

ERM is seeking a Mining Project Manager to join our consultancy team in Lima or Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities:

• Manage environmental and social impact assessment projects from start to finish.
• Ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams.
• Serve as the main client contact for project matters.
• Oversee delivery of technical reports and stakeholder documentation.
• Develop and oversee multi-disciplinary field programs

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related.
• Field level experience in a mining setting
• 7+ years of experience in ESIA or project management, including schedule and cost control
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects.
• Client-facing experience and business acumen.
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
