Key Responsibilities:
• App Deployment & Store Management
o Manage the submission, update, and release process for mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
o Ensure apps comply with platform-specific guidelines and policies, addressing any rejections or issues that arise.
o Track app performance metrics, including downloads, reviews, and crashes, and take action to optimize app quality.
• App Store Optimization (ASO)
o Work with marketing teams to optimize app store listings (descriptions, keywords, visuals) to improve visibility and download rates.
o Assist in refining app visibility and keyword rankings to maximize app discoverability.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Regularly monitor app performance and user feedback to suggest improvements or optimizations.
o Work with QA and development teams to ensure the app is stable, bug-free, and performs well across different devices and platforms.
• Collaboration & Coordination
o Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on release schedules and version control.
o Be a point of contact for any deployment-related issues with the Apple and Google support teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in mobile app deployment for iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with the app submission and release process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) techniques and strategies.
• Ability to track, analyze, and act on performance metrics (downloads, reviews, crashes).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tools like App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, App Annie) for tracking app performance.
• Basic understanding of mobile development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) is a plus, but not required.
