About the Role:
As a P&O Working Student, you will support the HR team in Berlin across various areas such as payroll, recruiting, onboarding, administration, employer branding, personnel development, and training. You will perform administrative tasks, assist employees and managers with HR inquiries, and contribute to the implementation of HR projects. Additionally, you will coordinate and closely collaborate with colleagues from different departments within the company as well as with the headquarters in Spain and other countries. Your contributions will be vital to the execution of local and global HR projects.
HR Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- Currently studying HR, Economics, Business Management, Communications, Social Sciences, Engineering, Law, or other related subjects at a German university, ideally in your final semesters.
- A passion for renewable energy and HR.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; proactive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, along with a solution and service-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in German and English is a must; Spanish is highly desirable.
- Good skills in using MS Office and an affinity for IT.
- Availability: 20 hours per week.
