Job Description

The Project leader & System support IoT is a key position to manage, coordinate and lead the roll out of IoT projects within road, city and tunnel/infra segments. First point of contact for customers and maintain customer contacts at the operational level. It is a versatile position. The position ensures not only that the operational service is satisfactory, but also that it is tailored to the customer's needs, objectives and challenges. Partly through SLAs (Service Level Agreements). The Project leader & System support IoT works closely together with the Business Development EXEDRA & IoT and subcontractors/partners to achieve the required SLAs and make sure projects become successful.

Main responsibilities:
1. Project leading Connected lighting and IoT project in the Nordic countries, Sweden is main.
• Answering tenders for connectivity & IoT
• Define tailor made solutions
• Project management
• Subcontractor and partner interaction & coordination
• Customer interactions.
• Work close with our Schréder Hyperion Team in Lisboa for Level 2 support

2. Maintaining existing and new service-related tasks:
- Customer service
• Following up and reporting SLA
• Reporting incidents
• Organizing meetings with largest customers for follow up on SLA’s
• Setting up systems and processes to manage tickets
• Internal follow-up of Customer Complaints together with involved services (Schréder Hyperion, engineering and purchasing)
- Organization and follow-up of interventions, invoicing.
- Managing, planning and following up subcontractors & partners.

3. Introducing innovative solutions that will improve customer service:
- Developing platforms to structure agreements made with customers (specifications, SLA,…)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in technical studies, ICT, or relevant field.
- From 5 to 10 years’ experience
- Good technical knowledge of lighting equipment (internal training provided)
- Good knowledge of ICT (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, service platforms, ERP)
- Degree and experience in project management
- Languages: SE – ENG is mandatory – Other Nordic languages is beneficial
- Experience with ITIL is an advantage
- Works in a structured and planned way
- Can anticipate rapidly changing situations
- Good communication skills, assertively and good self-confidence
- Flexibility
