Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of a specific product design, including materials and manufacturing requirements while working with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports
  • Conduct routine quality inspections and analyze data
  • Document and process non-conforming material
  • Communicate non-conforming material with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Identify improvement opportunities in quality control processes
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis through various problem-solving tools and techniques on internal concerns or external customer returns
  • Supporting product Quality Engineers to achieve objectives
  • Participate in 5S projects and safety meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Quality ASQ certification a plus
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Ability to use a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision, and be able to follow written directions
  • Works well with others in a team environment

  • Ability to lift safely up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to use lift support devices
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility

  • Manufacturing environment; may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, machinery with moving parts and various materials.
  • Climate controlled workspace, majority of the time with occasional work within manufacturing climate changes.

Benefits

We offer a full benefits package to include 160 Hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) for hourly positions, health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and other additional miscellaneous benefits.

Salary range:

$46,200.00 - $73,900.00
