Your contribution:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Finance Manager, Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to lead our global PTP operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end PTP processes, champion strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence across our global footprint. This role is designed for a high-impact leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven ability to inspire teams, optimize processes, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Process Excellence:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PTP processes, including designing operating models, defining standard procedures, and embedding best practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to align processes with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
Team Leadership & Development:
Inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing PTP team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversee workload distribution, process control, and the timely and accurate processing of daily transactional volume.
Stakeholder & Vendor Relationship Management:
Serve as the subject matter expert for PTP to advise finance and project leaders on the implications of system and process changes.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors to ensure accurate documentation, timely payments, and compliance with agreed terms.
Compliance, Risk & Governance:
Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements across PTP operations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring robust internal control processes are in place.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance process effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to support business objectives and operational excellence.
Financial Planning & Budget Management:
Own full responsibility for planning and managing the PTP profit plan and budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Master’s degree in Finance or a related field (technical or scientific fields also considered).
10+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, with at least 6 years of leadership experience.
Proven expertise in PTP processes and a track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Advanced project management skills, with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects.
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, with a focus on people development.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QAD).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Financial and reporting acumen with experience in delivering high-impact presentations to senior leadership.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Positive attitude, professional maturity, and intercultural competence.
Collaborative and customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various levels of management.
Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.

The starting salary is at min 3 700 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
