The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice in close collaboration with all stakeholders. This includes, but not limited to strategic and tactical guidance on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR best practices, and any other actions while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

General Responsibilities
• Provides advice on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
• Provides advice to departmental managers to assess employment needs, and participate in recruiting efforts to identify, interview, hire and train qualified candidates
• Organize and update organization charts, employee files, employee information and locate/distribute any documents as needed
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
• Identify and be involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes, and make any recommendations to the company based on findings
• Keeps abreast with employment, state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR management

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a mid to big size organization with a matrix structure
• Fully embodies and walks the talk on company vision, strategy and sets an example of a performance driven culture
• Working languages English and Bulgarian
• Company transport provided to Botevgrad
• Flexible working schedule
