We’re looking for a 12-month maternity cover as Senior People & Culture Business Partner and Head of P&C (DK) to join our Danish team at Too Good To Go.
Your Mission
Reporting to our VP of People & Culture, you will take on a dual role as both a strategic People & Culture Business Partner and the Head of P&C for our Copenhagen headquarters. In your role as P&C Business Partner you will be supporting a number of Global Functions, (Finance, Product&Tech, Legal) and will will be responsible for developing and aligning P&C initiatives to support business needs, while also ensuring the effective execution of our annual P&C wheel and core P&C processes. In your roled Head of P&C DK you will play a key role in shaping the full hire-to-retire employee experience for our approximately 300 employees in Copenhagen and you will lead the Danish P&C team, which includes a P&C Manager, P&C Consultant, and two Office Managers.
Your role
Some of your core responsibilities will be to:
- Drive P&C Strategies & Processes: Implement and align P&C initiatives with the overall business strategy, focusing on workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, leadership development, and talent management.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the Product, Tech, Legal, and Finance leadership teams to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment where employees can grow and thrive, including addressing key engagement themes from biannual engagement surveys.
- Partner with P&C COEs: Collaborate with People Operations and Organisational Development to drive a proactive learning and talent management agenda, ensuring effective execution of the global L&D toolbox and programs, and timely execution of P&C processes.
- Enhance Onboarding: Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and culture.
- Ensure Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and processes related to compensation, benefits, and other P&C governance areas.
- Lead the Local P&C Team: Manage and develop the Danish P&C team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous development. As part of this role, you will oversee all P&C-related initiatives for approximately 300 employees at our Copenhagen headquarters, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience across the hire-to-retire journey.
As this is a global role, you will have the opportunity to travel 10-20 days per year. The rest of the time, we encourage an office first approach, meaning that we prefer you to be in our Copenhagen office 3-4 times a week.
What we hope you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Background in HR, with experience in a senior HRBP/P&C leadership role, including line management experience.
- A commercial mindset, with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- A hands-on, make-it-happen attitude, eager to roll up your sleeves while keeping long-term business implications and requirements in mind.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile, and performance-driven environment, with a solid understanding of the change management needed to support that.
- Experience in the tech industry and supporting Product and Tech teams is highly desirable.
