Lead energy transition planning activities to support regulatory applications, including Enbridge Gasβs 2029 rebasing application.
Act as a liaison between the ETP team and other internal stakeholders whose work is impacted by energy transition, such as asset management, finance, business development, integrated resource planning etc. as well as the regulatory department, to ensure alignment on how energy transition is considered across regulatory applications and rebasing proposals.
Act as the ETP functional lead for rebasing and other regulatory applications, including developing evidence outlines, writing evidence, coordinating interrogatories, and act as a witness (as needed).
Support assessment of the energy transition risks that Enbridge Gas could face due to energy transition and develop risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with the OEBβs directives and evolving regulatory strategies, to inform rebasing proposals.
Contribute to the development of energy transition strategies.
Coordinate and support energy transition governance meetings, including developing agendas, coordinating meeting materials supporting content development, and documenting outcomes.
University degree in Engineering preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of proven directly related experience.
Experience in climate policy, energy transition planning, etc. is considered a strong asset.
Gas system planning, asset management or regulatory experience is considered an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
