THE ROLE: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Senior Production Worker to join our day shift team. This role requires hands-on production experience, leadership capability, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative on the production floor.

Day shift – 5am-3:30 (M-F, 10 hrs. shifts)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Forklift Certification – Must be certified and experienced in operating a forklift safely.

  • Machinery Operation – Skilled in operating various types of production and warehouse equipment.

  • Technical Skills – Proficient in data entry, basic math, and using computers for production tracking.

  • Physical Requirements – Must be physically fit and able to lift items up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Team Leadership – Capable of guiding team members, supporting productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Attention to Detail – Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Time Management – Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication – Clear verbal and written communication skills essential for coordination across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate

  • 2 - 4 years relevant experience

  • Certification in forklift operation

  • Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery

  • Data entry, math and computer skills

DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, the working environment is a combination of hot and cold with exposure to elements such as: noise, dust, and brightly lit areas and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Salary range:

$46,600.00 - $74,600.00
