The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $103,939 to $129,924
JOB SUMMARY:
Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:
Supervises New York Electric Technical Training team, focusing on creating a team environment for electric lines of business. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of electric training programs associated with NYSEG/RGE. The role will focus on understanding customer needs, including assessing, creating, and coordinating annual implementation plans in accordance with workforce sustainability initiatives. Coordination of training schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources. Responsible for the establishment, implementation and use of metrics to improve training process and quality. Works in tandem with peers in Technical Training to develop best in class training department across all areas of training with an emphasis on safety.
