Key responsibilities
Customer data collect, system support and customer contract storage and organization. Refresh and publish KPI and report Power BI Intergrade IAM/OE/IBT sales forecast and publish cross functions Month end support/coordination on DC delivery QAD/Putty basic data download and organization (Orderin history, BOM etc.) Combine plant data into together(WIP, inventory etc. ) for planner further analysis
Qualifications::
Bachelor degree Fluent oral and written English and Chinese Skilled in using Microsoft Office(Excel/Word/BI) Strong responsibility and active attitude Open-minded and good communication skill Having working or intern experience is preferred
