Für unsere Batterieproduktion in Hannover suchen wir Sie ab sofort als
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
🧑🔧 Personalführung: Verantwortung für Ihr Schichtteam innerhalb einer Produktionsschicht unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben, vor allem im Arbeits-, Brand- und Umweltschutz.
🔄 Koordination und Kommunikation: Enger Kontakt zu vor- und nachgelagerten Produktionsbereichen sowie zu Schnittstellen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.
📋 Organisation und Überwachung: Schichtplanung, Produktionsprozesse, Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung.
🎓 Mitarbeiterschulung: Regelmäßige Durchführung von Erst- und Folgeeinweisungen des Fertigungspersonal.
🎯 Verantwortung für Schichtziele: Erreichung der Schichtziele in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität.
🎓 Abgeschlossene Berufserfahrung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich
🔋 Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Batterieproduktion erwünscht
🤝 Teamgeist, Motivation, Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsbewusstsein
