WHAT TO EXPECT

• Taking responsibility for managing validation programs in a laboratory environment
• Evaluation and planning of the validation programs, and continuously monitoring their progress
• Analysis of potential risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Managing the tasks and schedules of equipment and manpower needed for perfuming validation tests
• Participation in negotiations with Design engineers and Test engineers and insuring active and reliable communication between the departments
• Ensure that programs are in compliance with standards for good laboratory and manufacturing practices
• Good overall knowledge of the technical details of the company’s products and the tests conducted in the laboratory
• Ensuring continuous monitoring of the quality and on time delivery of validation results
• Evaluation of the test results, and reporting them to the company’s internal structure
• Active participation in solving complex problems related to the tested products as well as the test equipment

WHO IS THE PERFECT FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Knowledge of electronics measurement and test equipment.
• Background in Electronics, Mechanics, and Materials;

• 2-3 years of working experience
• Proven professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from concept to final stage
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills and customer orientation
• Have a passion for quality, attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Hands on testing experience is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good English level (B2).
