The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Workday HCM (processes, reporting, dashboards, absence, performance & talent) and Workday Recruitment. You will be a Workday expert who understands how the system works with a desire to keep on learning and be an advocate of Workday within ERM. You will enjoy collaborating with remotely based HR colleagues across the whole EMEA region
Role responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on Workday HCM and Recruitment modules; be the go-to person on any Workday related queries within the EMEA HR team, providing training as needed
- Support the HR Directors and their teams to improve data quality and develop an audit programme to ensure on-going data accuracy
- Champion Workday as the system of truth for employee data at ERM
- Help create a data self service approach for the EMEA HR teams; write basic and advanced Workday reports where needed
- Work closely with the global HRIS team to resolve complex Workday issues
- Participate in projects and workshops as needed to support the HRIS roadmap
- Analyse and monitor our use of the system, ensure our configuration is fit for purpose and identify future improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the development & enhancement of streamlined, single HR processes across EMEA
- Manage regional changes & restructures
- Support integration of acquired employees in to ERM HR processes & Workday
