As a Working Student, you will support our team in managing back-office tasks related to onshore renewable projects in Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creation and Management of SAP Purchase Orders: Training will be provided.
- Invoice Processing: Loading and inputting invoice entries on SAP, with training provided.
- Payment Monitoring: Overseeing payments to suppliers and other stakeholders, with training provided.
- Contract Management: Creating and managing land lease and other contracts in the SAP Real Estate Module, with training provided.
- Administrative Support: Handling tasks such as managing contract signatures, correspondence of documentation, and access and training for new team members.
- Coordination and Budget Monitoring: Supporting coordination with global teams, participating in budget monitoring, and explaining main variances (primarily in English).
- Transaction Support: Assisting in managing and monitoring tasks related to other transactions, such as the acquisition of SPVs and the creation of legal entities.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Experience or knowledge in cost controlling tools, such as SAP or similar, is a plus.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with common digital applications, especially MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
