Job Title: Supervisor - Customer Charged Services
Location: Stamford, CT.

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $103,939 to $129,924.
Job Summary
The Supervisor - Customer Charged Services role involves managing service employees to ensure efficient and productive completion of assigned work/projects. The individual will mentor employees to enhance their skills and support their growth within the organization. A thorough knowledge of operating procedures is essential, as the role includes resolving complaints and responding to gas emergency situations. The individual will also provide administrative and managerial supervision of bargaining unit employees.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily activities of employees and ensure efficient distribution of work to field forces.
Process gas emergencies, installations, services, repairs, and ensure safe operation of gas equipment.
Establish and update daily work order assignments and schedules for dispatchers.
Identify and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate administrative departmental activities, including Operator Qualification compliance and training.
Assist the Manager in identifying development areas and performance improvement initiatives.
Support field activities and act as a liaison with other departments and customers.
Process payroll, overtime, and track employee productive/unproductive work time.
Ensure employees understand their responsibilities regarding safety and performance standards.
Provide input and oversee the budget for the assigned work group.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of four years of relevant experience is preferred.
Associate degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of ten years of strong gas operations experience.
Gas industry operations experience and technical knowledge of gas utilization.
Must be qualified as a first responder.
Must be available year-round (24/7/365) for gas emergency situations.
Demonstrated strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-directed with demonstrated initiative and assertiveness.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to use/produce spreadsheets or similar programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative skills, effective communication, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Experience in HVAC.
